About Us

We are a primary care/Internal medicine practice independently operated by a single physician in Tampa Bay since 1991. We provide expert comprehensive medical care for complex and chronic health conditions for seniors and adults alike.

We are old style practice with modern flare where Dr. Kankotia is providing care to his own patients personally by himself in the office as well as at select hospital, without assistance of Nurse practitioner or PA.

We are in Land O Lakes/Lutz area on S.R. 54 west of the busy Tampa Bay Outlet Mall and about about 2 miles from I 75.

Our satellite office is in Tampa in the vicinity of St. Joseph’s Hospital.
